The History of TRSi

In Summer 1990 Those cool Dudes from Tristar like Flynn, Nutribrains (both), Beermacht, Delaware, Wizler, Double Trouble decided to drive to da KewL Party held by Silents in cold Denmark.

They met Irata of Red Sector - at least there were a couple of problems between OGM & Irata, but this party wasn't made for real troublemakers, just having fun, lotsa beer (which was not allowed to drink inside da halls but as i remember we didn't really care about that). After 3 days without many sleep ,too many beers and da real tuff stuff we founded one of the best ever founded co-operation called Tristar & Red Sector Inc., later on these two groups merged into one powerful group which is still one of the best ever groups from europe.

We released lotsa good stuff like trainers, Intros, Compakte (hello Alphaflight), Demos, Megademos ...... For sure da most well-known allrounder of da last 10 years.
Both groups started on Commodore 64, later on AMIGA, PC and CONSOLE.....

But first we go back to da past of RSI:

The first party, which was kickin' ass fun with those TRISTAR-dudes was in 1988, a historical date as RED SECTOR released their MEGA DEMO I, MUZAK by Romeo Knight and Bitarts, Coding by TCC Design, the real old SCENE-People will remember it for sure, but before i continue this story, i go back to my own roots, in Summer 1987.
After i was no member of Flash Cracking Group, i was groupless at least for 2 years, i helped out quality-releasing people and groups with their good productions to distribute. After that i met Mr.Zeropage and later on MZP got in touch with a cool American and Canadian importer group called: RED SECTOR INC., running lotsa cool conferences and one of the first BBS in Canada running kicking 1200 Baud (unbelievable). I sure was on many conferences with MZP, BILL BEST, Kangol Kid and our friendship was nothin' compared to today's scene. In end of 1985 BILL BEST, Greg, Kangol Kid asked me and Mr.Zeropage to join the group as european members, so i joined one of the most important groups ever build by americans.

In Summer 1986 BILL BEST bought an AMIGA 1000 and MZP and me followed him later. First the scene was really closed, only a few groups like BAMIGA SECTOR ONE, E.C.A. 1998, HQC were one of our first contacts. In 1987 friends of us called "Twilight" coded the first RSI intro, later on a small one done by HQC.
WE started to release good quality and people respected us for what we have done. Lotsa good stuff supplied by "RED SECTOR USA", MZP and BILL BEST got busted, because of some lamers doing contracts with the police, so da most important group went down and fell asleep for a while.
I started again in 1988 with Onyx and SLL. Karsten Obarski who did some traxx for us (Karsten Obarski aka OBI) sent me his first version of Soundtracker and composed two great tunes for RED SECTOR.
ONYX got in touch with TCC DESIGN and 1988 this was the year of our REBIRTH.

WE Rule da Scene forever........

Megademo one ,people still voting it as the best megademo ever... Delta coded a couple of good demos like da "Cebit 1990" Demo and da group was voted in da worldcharts as group numba 1 on Amiga ...

So what, we merged with Tristar - 2 groups , 1 spirit.
Quality, coolness, respect, friendship and happiness - this is what "TRSI" stands for ages at least 10 Years, I sure am proud of all we've done.
We started running a new SYSTEM of Distributions and Couriers, we're bringing our wares around to our HEADQUARTERS like Unlimited Pleasure, Black skyline, Westpoint and MCS.
We always mess with the best and other groups get blasted by the "two unstoppable Forces" for sure. With the best artists, coders, soundprogrammers and suppliers. But at least the point that more counts in our life was havin` fun and people get "SUPRISE" when da "TRSI Allstars" enter da parties...
For sure the group with the most fun, present at da Partyplace, without any equipment besides lotsa beers.

Back to 1990, when we started releasing lotsa games, even it was a kind of magic to fight against da bigger ones, it was just fun, but for sure real professional, at least we have beaten lots of the leading forces. People got Respect for da Group!!
We traded with all those americans, which where running kickin' fast boards to bring our wares back to europe even faster.

Tristar / Red Sector party in BELGIUM, Spring 1991

After the Tristar party held in the netherlands was quite a big Suxxess we decided to organize a party near da german-dutch border. Loads of da older ones will remember that cool DJ from belgium we had with da Oldschool/RAVE/Industrial style.
For sure i was blast of that kewl kind of Muzak. Some months later TEKKNO came over to us and i was totally infected by this poison. Hehe, yep, i met lincoln/pdx on this party in belgium so he joined later as mailtrader, and lateron as supplier for da group.
Flynn, Madison, Oli and Cool Cat went to the SpaceClub later on called WAREhouse. It was a kicking Club. People who never got in touch with those Celebration - Generation will never understand da past, totally different to those new clubs nowadays.
For sure i went to Tor iii end of 91, Perplexer was playing there in Blue Room. I really miss ya old tapes Mark! Wizler running TechnoHouse which is one of the oldest - oldFashion BBs systems so far, located in Frankfurt (FFM)
People never imagine what the Hell are 2XLC in ya Handle, we always set new Standards big Hi to Talla 2XLC got now the point haha but in 1990 it was funny noone from 1990 knows Tallas Extention or TECHNO-CLUB haha....

More and more Tekkno merged to da Amigascene and sure lotsa People of today came from this destination of Coolness. Like Hardy hard (howdy enjoy my SSS-sputnik Original?), Perplexer (da coolest parties with you were in Index, Weilerswist and your birthdayparty at Hanomag with Misah, Robert Armani, those people from Motor records) and for sure. Celvine Rotaine , Patrick lindsey (Silents was a kicking Group for sure and Harthouse was one of the Best ever made German Tekkno force.
